Application Brief:

The online detection and analysis of two sets of imaging systems, aiming at the online full-automatic detection of multi-layer winding power batteries, are mainly applied to the online full-automatic detection of power winding batteries in the battery industry.

Feature of Product:

Fully automatic detection: automatic detection and judgment, automatic sorting of good and bad products.

Database modeling: customers can freely set according to the detection standards, and there are as many as 60 modeling models ; the equipment can automatically switch by reading barcodes or QR codes.

Real-time monitoring: real-time detection of all actions, signals, and hardware status, and present them on the software operation interface.

Intelligent battery pairing for OK products: The software automatically determines the AB type battery, and the AB type pairing flows to the next production process.

Real-time online display of images and data: The detection pictures and data of multiple parts of the same battery are displayed in the same software interface, which is convenient for observation and identification.

Safety and environmental protection: The whole equipment is safety interlocked, with triple protection functions, and any part of the fuselage surface meets safety radiation standards.

Detection Object:

Detection of positive and negative pole alignment on the plane of coiled power battery.

Detection process:

Feeding positioning and barcode scanning.

The tested battery automatically flows into the feeding belt and automatically reads the barcode after accurate positioning.

Detection station:

Two sets of imaging systems conduct online detection and analysis on the four corners of the battery respectively, and can automatically switch measurement parameters according to the model model.
