High efficiency: the linear speed can reach more than 20m/s , which can quickly form end-flow mixing in each area of the mixing tank, and the dispersion time is greatly shortened (saving 30-50% of the time compared with traditional mixers ); after fully stirred, the battery slurry particles will be small, with high consistency, effectively solving the problem of battery slurry agglomeration.

High precision: each part of the equipment is processed and assembled with advanced processing equipment and technology, with high degree of compatibility, good interchangeability, small friction coefficient, more stable operation of the equipment, low noise, and extended service life.

Good sealing: using all-perspective sealing design concept, the planetary box adopts a new type of full sealing structure, two sets of mechanical seals plus various materials with good soft and static sealing properties, ensuring zero pollution during the mixing process and high vacuum degree.

Small clearance: samller clearance between slurry and slurry ( 5-8mm ), slurry and tank wall ( 3-6mm ), slurry and tank bottom ( 3-6mm ), full stirring and dispersion in all directions, without dead corner, so that the material can be rapidly permeate, impact and homogenized mixing within a short period of time.

High strength: The transmission power parts of the equipment have undergone strict theoretical calculations, and the design is more reasonable, suitable for mixing and dispersing various high-viscosity, high-solid-content battery positive and negative raw materials, and adapting to different mixing processes (dry mixing and wet mixing).
