Windling Splitting Machine

Load the rolled cathode/anode plates into the windle mechanism, and are fed to the cutter set arranged according to the process specifications for cutting through power traction. The upper and lower winding mechanism collects the separated poles into coils, while the side materials on both sides are collected by the side materials agency. The equipment is precisely operated by deflection correction system, tension drive system, dust extraction system (including knife-edge dust) and other auxiliary devices to ensure plate stripping smoothly, thus ensuring stable plate slicing,  making burr, straightness and other process indexes within the process range.
