This machine fully automates the electrolyte refilling process. This is needed in order to refill the battery with the electrolyte lost during the formation process. The following operations are carried out automatically by the machine.

The machine control system supports historical data query and export,key parameters real-time display and issues report tracking.
Data such as the vacuum degree, the weight of the battery, weight after the injection, the helium pressure and the quantity of electrolyte is automatically recorded throughout the filling process and it is linked to the battery's barcode. Based on this data the machine is able to separate defected batteries that are then automatically transferred to a buffer to be later removed.
The equipment and uploaded to the MES system. This allows the information to be exported to the client's information management system.
