OCV1 Sorting Line-370

It is mainly used for OCV/IR/test sorting of  liquid lithium-ion pouch cells. The equipment realizes the sorting of EV pouch cells by scanning codes to detect voltage differences and voltage internal resistance. The barcode of the cell is scanned by the automatic code scanning gun and bound to the cell. The high-precision test instrument tests the internal resistance and voltage of the cell, and transmits the test parameters and test time of the cell to the server. The server will automatically screen OK/ NG position, and feed back the gear value to the equipment, and the equipment unloads materials according to OK/NG.

Principle of action: Blister box loading of small trolley turnover box → robot automatically takes the battery of the blister box to the test station → scans the code → voltage internal resistance test → NG rejection → OK battery and blister box are stacked into the turnover box → small Cart unloading.

Applicable battery specifications: L=195 - 370mm; W =80 - 220mm; H=4 - 20mm; E=20 - 30mm.
