Square Battery Washing Machine

This equipment is specially used for cleaning the square battery after sealing, and effectively removes the residual electrolyte on the outer surface of the battery through high-pressure spraying, brushing, wind cutting, drying and other processes and then air-dries it. The working process is to manually or mechanically put the battery into the jig of the conveying chain at the feeding position. The conveying chain drives the battery into the cleaning chamber for spraying and drying in turn. After reaching the discharge table, the battery is taken out manually or mechanically. Complete the entire cleaning process.

The equipment is a closed structure, the cleaning system is automatically controlled by PLC, and the cleaning parameters and process flow are set by the touch screen that comes with the equipment, which guarantees the advantages of process quality, stable performance, safety, maintainability, and convenient operation.

Equipment Action Process:

Battery to conveyor chain→battery is continuously conveyed to the first scrubbing mechanism via PE rolling chain→brush the battery body and both ends→primary water cutting→high pressure washing→secondary water cutting→transition to the second chain→air drying→discharge.
