High Temperature Aging Room

The product is suitable for high temperature aging of batteries, with constant temperature aging, network communication monitoring functions, built-in explosion-proof lighting, smoke alarm, explosion-proof self-pressure relief device, smoke alarm system and other safety functions, each studio can bake 2 cars of batteries at the same time (one The car can hold 25600pcs of batteries).

Equipment advantages:

1. Unique temperature control technology: hot air circulation in the working room is adopted, the air is supplied from the bottom and the air is returned from the top, and the cavity can reach ±3°C.

2. Built-in smoke alarm, the signal can be interconnected with the alarm system in the building, and the power supply of the studio can be automatically cut off when an alarm occurs.

3. Explosion-proof and pressure relief: Install an automatic exhaust and pressure relief device, which can be used for heat dissipation and exhaust, and can also be opened for pressure relief when the internal temperature is high or high pressure, controlled by the system signal.

4. Communication interconnection: The device provides an open interface, supports RS485 or modbuss communication protocol, and realizes network monitoring of the aging room's running dynamics.
