Calendering and Splitting Machine

The rolled cathodes/anodes are loaded into the coiling unit, and the electrodes are sent to the cutter set arranged according to the process specification for slitting by power traction. The upper and lower winding mechanisms collect the divided electrodes into coils, and the side materials on both sides are collected by the side material mechanism. The equipment is assisted by the deviation correction system, tension drive system, dust suction system (including knife edge dust suction) and other auxiliary precision operation to ensure that the strip of the electrodes is smooth, so as to ensure the stability of the electrodes cutting, burr, straightness and other process indicators are within the process range.
