The operator needs to complete the actions of charging and collecting cells. The device can complete the parameter setting through the touch screen, and the PLC automatically completes the following functions: docking with the point-and-bottom all-in-one machine → the cylinder pushes the battery to the assembly line → the battery enters the turntable → tab correction → tab straightening → tab correction → Vibrating plate feeding caps → laser welding caps → cap tension testing → finished product discharge → box collection → (defective product discharge) → complete. The operating parameters can be set independently according to the actual requirements of customers.
